Five roles, one very small company

We are a year old and the team is small enough that whoever joins next will shape what their job actually is. If you want a defined role at a large travel company, this is genuinely not that.

What we are hiring for

All five are open. Apply to the one that fits — if two of them fit, say so in the message and we will work it out.

  • Creators

    Travel with the groups and film it. Reels from the road, on a phone, while it is happening — not a crew flown in afterwards.

  • Editors

    Cut the footage the creators bring back, and edit the traveller stories before they are published. Two different kinds of editing, and we are hiring for both.

  • Sales

    Every booking here is a WhatsApp conversation. This is the person having them — answering honestly, and moving someone to the right trip rather than the expensive one.

  • Operations

    Stays, transport, permits, vendors and the 24/7 line while a group is out. The job the travellers never see and notice immediately when it is done badly.

  • Tour guides

    Lead departures on the ground. Different from the host programme: a host brings their own community, a guide runs the trip we have filled.

Before you apply

The honest version

Mistiii Tales was founded on 22 September 2025 and has run 120+ bookings since. That is a real business and it is also a very young one, and the difference matters to whoever joins next.

It means there is no playbook for your role, that you will do things outside it in the week before a departure, and that what you build stays built because nobody built it before you. It also means we cannot offer what a large travel company offers. Both of those are the same fact.

  • Based in Noida. Some roles travel with the groups — creators and tour guides, mostly.
  • Everything here is a WhatsApp conversation before it is a process, including this one.
  • We publish the reviews we get, including the ones that are not five stars. Expect the same internally.
  • We do not invent things to fill a page. That applies to an itinerary, a review and a job description equally.

Pay is discussed on the first call, not after three rounds. Tell us what you are looking for in the form and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible.
