For students
Run the travel community at your college
The role
Four things, and they are all the same thing
Represent Mistiii Tales on campus
Be the face of the community at your college — the person people ask when they want to know whether a trip is worth it.
Build and grow the travel community
Bring your batch, your society and your hostel floor into the group, and keep it alive between trips.
Promote our community trips and events
Get the word out about departures and meet-ups, and help us shape the ones your campus would actually book.
Create awareness through social and referrals
Post from the trips you go on, and send people to us directly. Referrals are tracked against your name.
Who we are looking for
Not the person with the most followers
The ambassadors who work out are the ones people already come to. You do not need a big account, event-management experience or a travel blog. You need to be the person in your year whose recommendation is taken seriously, and to be around enough to keep a group chat alive between departures.
It is not a full-time thing. It is a few hours in the weeks around a departure, and very little in between.
- You are currently enrolled — any year, any course, any college in India.
- One ambassador per campus to begin with, so the first application from a college gets the conversation.
- You travel with the community yourself. This is difficult to sell if you have not been.
- You are comfortable posting from a trip. Not professionally — just willing.
What the role pays is agreed on the call. We would rather tell you the terms honestly once, with the referral structure written down, than put a number on a web page and change it on you later.

Not a student any more?
The host programme is the same idea for people who have left college — bring your own group, lead the trip, and we run everything behind it.
